At Zoey's Design, we absolutely believe in and stand behind the quality of our products!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please return it within 7 days for exchange only. All items are properly checked for sizing, weight, missing stones, before shipped to guarantee a smile on your face. If for any reason, the item that you have received does not match your purchase order, we will quickly send you the correct item and cover all the shipping costs. Weight, size and look of items may vary. Pictures are not drawn to scale and item descriptions may vary. Color may vary according to different computer settings.

 

Shipping Policy

FREE USPS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00

Orders over $100.00 will receive free USPS First Class shipping within the Continental United States.
Any purchases under $100.00 will be charged a standard flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping.
 
STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
If the item is in stock, we ship within 3-5 business days after receipt/clear of payment.
 
Express Mail
will be charged a standard flat rate of $18.30 for Continental United States.
If the item is in stock, we ship within 1-2 business days after receipt/clear of payment.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges for all international shipping (excluding shipping to Canada, $8.95 first class mail or $14.95 for Priority Mail) is $10.95 via USPS First Class Mail International (not insured) or $17.95 via USPS Priority Mail International (insured). If the item is in stock, we ship within 2 business days after receipt/clear of payment. It normally takes about 5-15 business days for delivery for major countries.
 
SALES TAX
California State Law requires sales tax for items purchased from California

 

Return Policy

We hope your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase.

We accept returns for exchanges on most jewelry, except on items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Items must include the original receipt. Unless the item was defective, we do not credit shipping charges. Your total minus shipping is the amount you will receive for exchanges. If the item was defective, please return it to us and as soon as we receive that merchandise we will send you a replacement.

In case you miscalculate your ring size and need another ring, we will ship out the second ring (after receiving the first one back). As long as we receive the item within 7 days from date of purchase, we will be able to charge the card you used for this additional expense. Otherwise, you can send a money order. Please take the time to figure out your proper ring size.

All Returned Items must be shipped at customer's expense.


Disclaimers

Zoey's Design reserves to right to reject any order at our discretion for any reason, especially related to orders that may be considered by us high risk or unverifiable, especially for credit cards orders or orders related to credit cards, such as credit card checks.

Zoey's Design reserves to right to determine whether a credit card purchase may be fraudulent or suspect and refuse an order if we feel that the order in question may be suspect.

Zoey's Design reserves the right to call customers at the contact phone number they provide in order to verify orders and/or to clarify any orders or to let a customer know if we are out of stock of a particular item. However, Zoey's Desgin will not give out or sell any of our customer's information, including phone numbers, emails, or addresses. These are kept strictly private. Please be sure to read our privacy policy.
